Revealing my secret identity isn't that nig a deal I think, so I'll star with my given name is Vernicia, I started reading romance when I was 13yrs old agh...pretty young but I'm originally from the British Virgin Islands where we live in European standards and graduating at the age of fifteen means entering some kind of adulthood. My first novel and first love author was Johanna Lindsey "the Gentle Rogue" She was the first to get me hooked on romance and kept me there with her love of the Malory brothers book series.
I was sent of across the caribbean sea to a finishing (boarding) school in Barbados called Codrington High primarily for young ladies...lol...yep there is such a thing, luckily I was in the era where it transitioned over to co-ed.
Anyway, it was there I met my english teacher, Mr. ____who tried very hard to get me to write a 1000 word essay on subjects like "the summer was unexpected because...?" I laugh still with fond memories of how futile that was.
I came back from the summer and basically wrote a detailed somewhat graphic (i thought) fantasy romance novel. He was shocked of it's content, honestly half the stuff I wrote I didn't fully understood till I lost my virginity in college at 20 which by historical romance standards I would have been claimed an old maid...lol. (Was that TMI...lol)
My english teacher gave it to his mother to read who was an author, of course the book was never returned but just said his mom, now calls me Romancia broken down from my love of Romance and my name Vernicia...voila the birth of Romancia!

I’m one of many who can't accept that fictional characters aren't real and wait I’ve even fell in love with a few, I’ve often prayed to be stranded on a island (a not so deserted one) with my RREA, favorite books, characters, authors…hmmm…lol-you get it. Don’t forget all of this while trying to ‘save the world’. Yea, that’s me Romancia!

• Favorite Author: I have whole list, but there are only around five artists so far that I would buy the book without seeing the cover, knowing the title and that is Lora Leigh. If you love JR Ward, Jacquelyn Frank, Kresley Cole to name a few (em em *cough) on my top ten list, trust me you will LOOOVE Lora Leigh.
• Sinner or Saint: Since, I'm a huge flirt, do I have to choose, because quite frankly I'm both. When I'm good I'm very very good BUT when I'm bad I'm sooo much better =-P
